DIRECTIONS

To use, gently press against the middle heat sensing part of the support with a damp/slightly wet cloth, until wet.
Place support snugly around the wrist.
The sensation of the “heat” is normally felt within 10 – 30 minutes after start of use.
The support can be used dry, only the heat sensing time is longer.
It is normal to feel a very slight burning/tingling feeling for a short while.
If your skin is sensitive or the sensation is too irritating, wear the support for short periods of time, until your skin becomes accustomed, or use the support dry.
